Pollen8, Inc. is currently recruiting for a full time Clinical director. This position requires a licensed LPC, Clinical Psychologist, or LICSW. Salary range is $60,000 to $70,000.

Pollen8 is a nonprofit organization that created a program called Reintegr8 to provide treatment, job training, and safe/sober housing for women in recovery from substance Use Disorder. Our program is housed at Appalachian Behavioral HealthCare Center, a 9,960 square foot building that sits on 2.6 acres of land. You may remember this property at the former Rock Lake Pool and/or Rock Lake Putt-Putt.

Appalachian Behavioral HealthCare Center (ABHC) is a 30 bed, 3.5/3.1 ASAM level of care Licensed Behavioral Health Facility that provides 6-month, in-patient treatment to women from West Virginia. We are a start-up organization building a culture on changing the narrative around Substance Use Disorder with emphasis on healing and rebuilding well women.

Therapist Job Requirements
: · Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Counseling, Social Work, or a clinical related mental health field · A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in behavioral health with direct experience in family, group, and individual therapy, crisis intervention, treatment skills, and strong clinical assessment skills preferred · Must possess a state license in counseling, social work, or clinical related mental health field · CPR certification and management of aggressive behavior (SAMA) training within 30 days of employment and prior to assisting in a restraining procedure.

Valley Health is currently seeking additional providers to join our Behavioral Health team. In Kanawha County, we currently have openings in an integrated pediatric setting. In Cabell County, we have openings in school based, and women’s health settings. Providers in our department provide direct clinical care to our patients while working as part of an integrated health care team. Providers complete warm hand-offs, consultation, brief interventions, and general psychotherapy services. Our behavior health providers also assist with crisis assessment and safety planning for patients within our integrated clinics.
